Welcome to the Place Where Resolution Takes Shape
Thomas H. Reilly offers effective, affordable mediation services for matters pending in Superior Courts of California in LA County and Orange County, as well as in Federal Courts, and for matters before litigation begins or is not expected or desired as the preferred dispute resolution method. His practice is concentrated on business and commercial disputes.
Why Choose Mediation
Mediation is an alternative to trial or arbitration for resolving disputes. What is unique to mediation is that the parties reach mutually agreeable terms to end their dispute, saving themselves fees and costs, and valuable time that would otherwise be consumed by depositions, interrogatories, document production and other burdensome discovery.
Methodology
Thomas H. Reilly has successfully facilitated disputes to complete or partial resolution, and guided parties on the path to resolve other disputes. He is committed to, and takes pride in, helping parties resolve matters short of trial, efficiently reaching reasonable and sensible solutions, saving them, their counsel, and the courts energy and resources. He employs a variety of mediation methods that suit the parties and their disputes. Mr. Reilly also serves those who choose to resolve disputes before litigation commences, in a less confrontational manner, and at times without the need to retain counsel.
Fees are based on half-day sessions, and can depend on subject matter, complexity of dispute, number of parties, expected duration, or advance commitment. Mr. Reilly shows appreciation for placing your trust in him by donating a portion of mediation fees to a charity of your choosing.
